Leatherman WAVE – 98 vs. 04 | Exploriment
The 2004 redesigned Leatherman Wave is a 102mm (4-inch) stainless steel multi-tool featuring larger blades, stronger pliers with longer wire cutters, and all-locking components. Upgraded from the 1998 original, this version added outside-accessible tools, enhanced safety, and improved one-handed opening for the knife blades.

Locking System: All exterior blades and tools feature a locking mechanism for safety.
