The description of the James brand knife was incorrect and frankly visible the second it was used. The knife’s scissors would not close – the way it was supposed to spring open was jumping out, the knife would not close – properly despite the slip joint it is supposed to use. Compared to the same knife of the same brand I have used it is in worse condition than a 2 year old version of it.

After struggling for a refund and they already confirmed it was received once we sent it back, we had to go through PayPal and get it that way and finally after all of That it is now being sold in “really nice condition” which is an utmost lie.

The ratings are above the quality of the actual knife. If it is really good expect something worse than good

I bought a bundle of three Wenger SAKs and am very impressed with all aspects of my first purchase from SakUKShop.

I had asked for a Friday delivery, subject to Royal Mail achieving their 24/48 hour promise, and Sebastian was happy to oblige.

The knives were very well protected against possible damage in transit, arriving in bubble wrap and a box. They were in better condition than I expected. After a good clean and light oiling, which was advised in the listing as needed, they’re looking good and working well.
